Role Description
This on-site, full-time Deputy Country Manager role is located in Delhi and involves managing and overseeing the operations of the company in India. This includes planning and implementing business strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
