Duties
Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records.
Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance information and treatment history.
Handle phone systems efficiently, responding to inquiries and managing appointment bookings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
Address patient concerns or questions regarding treatments or billing in a professional manner.
Experience
Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks.
Proficient in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
