At Whiteoak Ford we are seeking individuals interested in the role of a Part-Time Receptionist. The Receptionist, under the direction of management, will primarily be responsible for ensuring every customer is provided with exceptional service and has a positive experience.

Job Qualifications:
Experience is not necessary *training would be provided as we would love to invest in the right candidate*
Knowledge and experience with phone systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and computer applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must have a positive and cheerful disposition even in times of conflict.
Automotive licensing experience is preferred.
FULL-TIME: Open availability
PART-TIME: Able to work 4-7pm Monday-Thursday, and work 9-5pm Saturday
Job Requirements:
Greets customers and determines the nature of their visit.
Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson.
Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes thorough messages as per Receptionist Training Document.
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
Enters data into prospect tracking system and runs prospect reports for managers weekly.
Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
Assist with licensing duties.
