Are you an experienced dental assistant or dental receptionist looking for a fresh opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? Look no further! J1 Dental Jimboomba is on the hunt for a motivated team member who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is keen to grow within our clinic.
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
Casual position with future opportunity for permanent placement for the right candidate
3–4 days per week, with Saturdays being essential
Immediate start available
Competitive remuneration based on experience

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE / HAVE:
Experience as a Receptionist and/or Dental Assistant is preferred, but not essential.
Strong computer skills; proficiency with Exact software is highly regarded
A caring and friendly personality with a strong focus on patient care
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy clinical environment
Self-motivated, reliable, and a true team player
Professional presentation and strong communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow, including training in digital scanning and dental photography
Flexibility to occasionally assist at our sister practices located at Greenbank, Calamvale, Rochedale and/or Ormeau
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phone enquiries and scheduling appointments
Welcoming and assisting patients
Processing payments and managing patient records
Chair-side assisting and clinical support
Instrument sterilization and infection control procedures

Pay: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
