Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Science / AI Intern to help shape applied data science workflows and problem design. This role focuses on analytical thinking, problem structuring, and translating real-world scenarios into practical exercises.
You will collaborate closely with engineers and founders to ensure technical depth and relevance.
Responsibilities
Design and review applied data science and AI problems
Work with Python, SQL, statistics, and basic machine learning concepts
Analyze problem difficulty, clarity, and learning value
Help define evaluation criteria and expected solution approaches
Validate problems using real datasets or realistic scenarios
Document assumptions, edge cases, and intended learning outcomes
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of Python and basic data analysis
Familiarity with statistics, SQL, and introductory machine learning
Ability to think clearly about problem design and real-world relevance
Good written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with applied projects, coursework, or competitions
Exposure to real datasets or ML workflows
Interest in how technical skills are evaluated in hiring
