2. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entries.
3. Typing the official letters and other documents with good typing speed.
4. Handling existing data and editing current information.
5. Good working skills of MS office.
6. Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
7. Keeping the office record updated.
8. Any other/miscellaneous works assigned by the officer-in-charge.
