Kitchen Leadership Position
At Daish's Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef to join our team.

You will have the opportunity to work with a set menu, ensuring efficient batch cooking and organised delivery. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent food quality and service.
Job Requirements:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to direct and develop your team.
• Able to work within budget constraints and maintain good cost control per head.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to oversee stock replenishment and monthly stock check counts.
• A current Hygiene Certificate of Level 3 (or willingness to complete the course).
• A working knowledge of culinary trends, kitchen processes, and Health and Safety issues.
