Duties and Responsibilities
Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Checking the quality of raw materials and weighing ingredients in accordance with Food Safety Plan
Dough mixing according to standard recipe
Feeding dough on the machine extruder
Monitoring the sheet forming process, mould shape cutting process, removal of the shaped dough from the machine
Monitoring oven boiler cooking temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times
Coordinating the forming, loading of trays, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling pizza base and pastry products
Operating machines which roll and mould dough and cut pizza base
Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment
Cleaning of machines and production area in accordance with the Food Safety Plan
Completing Food Safety documentation as required
Essential Requirement:
Must be available to work during evening, night and weekend shifts.
Must be physically fit
Ability to handle pressure
Should be reliable, honest and hard working
·Minimum 2 years’ experience

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
