Job Description
Position Overview
The Data Entry Operator at SSR Travel Solutions will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing travel-related data, including bookings, customer details, packages, invoices, and vendor information. The role supports the operations and sales teams by ensuring all travel records are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
· Enter and update customer booking details, travel itineraries, and package information in the CRM/booking software.
· Maintain records for flights, hotels, cabs, visas, and other travel services.
· Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and maintain payment records.
· Cross-check travel documents and confirmations for accuracy.
· Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure all data is updated and error-free.
· Manage vendor data—rates, availability, confirmations.
· Organize and store digital documents, travel files, and customer records.
· Generate daily and weekly MIS reports for management.
· Ensure timely completion of all data-related tasks to support smooth travel operations.
Requirements
Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.
Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Attributes
Self-motivated, proactive with good English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
