Job Description
Due to growing business demand, LivSpace is expanding in Auckland and is now seeking a highly organised, customer focused Administrator.
LivSpace is a national kitchen and flooring supply and install business, part of Carters Building Supplies - New Zealand's leading trade supplier delivering end-to-end solutions to the residential and construction sector.
In this newly created role, you will provide vital administrative and customer service support to the Flooring sales and Kitchen Design team based in St Johns.
You'll support a range of sales and administrative activities through accurate ordering, invoicing, assisting customers with product enquiries, supporting quotations and maintaining a high standard of presentation and service in the showroom.
This role acts as a central point of contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and internal staff, ensuring enquries are handled professionally and projects progress efficiently from quotation through to completion.
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role for a flooring or kitchens business or have an interest in interior design as this role could be a stepping stone to becoming a kitchen designer.
You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:
A team player with the right attitude. You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in' when needed.
Computer skills. Knowledge of computer systems, ability to multitask using different software. Ability to work in Excel and other Microsoft Office Tools.
Fast and accurate data entry skills. Great attention to detail.
Great communication & customer service. You pride yourself on delivering exceptional support to customers, taking a proactive approach to resolving issues while ensuring communication is prompt and professional.
Working under pressure. Ability to pick up the pace and multitask when the workload requires it
