We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Associate to join our team at our Jaipur office (200ft Bypass, Ajmer Road). The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, strong data entry skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word. This role requires individuals who can read, write, and understand English, and can manage back-office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases and records.
Handle back-office operations including documentation and file management.
Work with MS Excel to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
Use MS Word for preparing internal documents and reports.
Coordinate with other departments when needed for data collection or clarification.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of data.
Respond to internal queries and follow up on assigned tasks.
Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
Basic knowledge of computer operations and internet usage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Good typing speed with minimal errors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
