Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Cum MIS Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate data records and generating insightful Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, data management, and the preparation of detailed reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery of information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• * Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• * MIS Reporting: Prepare and generate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, including financial summaries, operational metrics, and performance analyses.
• * Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support business strategies.
• * Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within data entry and reporting functions. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• * Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting standards.
• * Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data entry procedures, reporting processes, and system configurations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• * Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas. Experience with database management systems and MIS software.
• * Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
• * Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret and present data effectively.
• * Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• * Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly present data findings and interact with stakeholders.
• Experience
• * Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a data entry or MIS role, preferably within a corporate environment. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
• * Previous Roles: Experience in a similar position where responsibilities included data entry, reporting, and data analysis.
• Working Hours
• * Standard Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, +:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project deadlines and reporting requirements.

• * Knowledge: In-depth understanding of data entry best practices, data management principles, and MIS reporting techniques.
• * Skills: Proficient in data manipulation and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
