Data Engineer

Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines. (Apache Airflow, Fivetran) 2. Implement data monitoring, including basic data quality checks. 3. Transform raw data into scalable, performant data models that would be consumed by data analysts and data scientists. 4. Design, build and update foundational analytics data models that simplify analyses across the products. 5. Implement best practices to ensure high quality, robust data. Qualifications Degree in a computer science, software engineering Minimum of 8+ years (5+ with advanced degree) experience working in an engineering role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 1. Proficient with transactional Python and while not required analytical Python too 2. Advanced SQL ability including dimensional modeling and data model design 3. Advanced in data principles, data architecture & data modeling 4. Experience in developing orchestration/scheduling jobs (preferably Airflow) 5. Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) 6. Spark Experience with ML engineering is a plus 7. Analytical problem solving skills 8.
