Your responsibilities as a Data Science Specialist-

Analytical professional with strong Databricks & Python expertise, who can translate business problems into insights and communicate them effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role is client-facing, hence your expertise in technical domain and ability to communicate effectively will be critical.
• Strong data analytics expertise with hands-on experience in Python and Databricks
• Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform data transformation, and derive actionable insights
• Comfortable with end-to-end analytical workflows (data extraction → analysis → insight generation)
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Strong storytelling skills—able to synthesize complex analysis into clear, impactful narratives
• Experience in client-facing roles, with confidence in presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving mindset with bias for action
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

You will fit right in if you have –
• 7-9 years of related work experience in data analytics
• Hands-on analytics-based query experience in SQL, Python and Databricks
• Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
• Requirements analysis, translation, organization, and communication experience.
• Practical experience in scrum-based Agile development methodology.
• B.S. in Engineering, Information Management, or Computer Sciences preferred

Nice to have-
• Experience in consulting or strategy-led analytics engagements
• Exposure to dashboarding / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Domain experience in marketing, digital analytics, or automotive (optional)
