Your contributions will be essential in standardizing shared data entities and optimizing database management systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership on various data analysis initiatives across the organization.
• Design and implement an enterprise data model aligned with DEQ’s operational needs.
• Standardize shared data entities and attributes across multiple databases.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow data analysts, architects, and application developers to elevate data management practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and SSIS.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data management technologies.
Required Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory and SSIS.
• Solid experience with database management systems such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data structures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical acumen.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or architecture.
• Proven track record in leading data management projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise data models and best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required.
