Workday Data Consultant
We are seeking a Workday Data Consultant with expertise in Workday HCM and data-related activities.
The ideal candidate would have experience in large-scale global programs, focusing on data transformation & reporting, HR Workday implementations, and Enhancements.
The role involves working on high-profile projects, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and Excel expertise for effective data analysis.
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience with Workday HCM and data-related activities (migration, reconciliation, reporting).
• Proven experience in large-scale HR Workday implementations and Enhancements.
• Strong skills in Excel, data transformation, and problem-solving.
• Experience with EIBs, Workday Studio, or integration frameworks is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query, or similar tools for data manipulation is advantageous.
• Excellent English communication skills.
