Job Description
DANCE:
Core Duties
• Lesson Planning: Create structured classes to help students learn specific dance styles like ballet, hip-hop, or contemporary.
• Instruction: Demonstrate movements clearly. Provide feedback to fix posture and improve form.
• Choreography: Design or teach dance routines for students to perform at school events, recitals, or competitions.
• Class Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom where all students feel welcome and safe.
Qualifications
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of teaching or professional performing experience.
• Skill: Strong background in one or more dance forms.
• Soft Skills: High energy, patience, and the ability to motivate students of all ages.
MUSIC:
Key Responsibilities
• Instruction: Teach students how to read music notes, understand rhythm, and play various instruments.
• Lesson Planning: Create structured curricula adapted to different age groups and skill levels.
• Performance: Direct rehearsals, choirs, bands, and coordinate school recitals or events.
• Evaluation: Grade assignments, administer practical exams, and provide constructive feedback.
• Inventory: Ensure all musical instruments and audio equipment are properly maintained and secure.
Essential Qualifications
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field.
• Certification: State-issued teaching license or academic credential.
• Proficiency: Ability to play multiple instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, or violin) and read sheet music.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, classroom management, and strong communication abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• MANSAROVAR, JAIPUR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
