Job Overview
D Mart retail stores are hiring Store Associates for billing, stocking and customer assistance roles across multiple city outlets. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in locating products and provide store information
• Operate billing counters and handle cash/card transactions
• Stock shelves, manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness
• Support stock-taking and inward/outward material movement
• Follow store policies on safety, hygiene and customer service
Requirements / Eligibility
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
• Basic billing/computer knowledge preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical stock work
• Good communication skills with customers
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends
