What you’ll do

1. Liasoning Officer shall be responsible for coordination with Government, Semi-Government and Local Authorities for all statutory approvals.

2. Handle total land records verification, mutation, and documentation required for project initiation.

3. Obtain site clearance and ensure compliance with local development authority norms.

4. Process and secure Labour License and related labour law compliances for the project.

5. Coordinate for Property Tax NOC for land and ensure timely clearances

6. Liaise with Fire Department for obtaining Pre-Fire NOC and related approvals.

7. Coordinate with Electrical authorities for HT Line installation and power connectivity.

8. Follow up with concerned departments for Water Line Installation as per approved plans.

9. Ensure implementation of Rain Water Harvesting system as per CC (Commencement Certificate).

10. Obtain approvals for Permanent Water Connection from municipal authorities.

11. Coordinate with planning and execution teams to align approvals with site progress.

12. Maintain tracking of all permissions, sanctions, and approval timelines.

13. Resolve site-level statutory issues raised by authorities during inspections.

14. Liaise with municipal corporations for final compliance and documentation.

15. Ensure timely acquisition of Occupancy Certificate (OC) upon project completion.
