Job Description
Are you passionate about ice cream and great customer service? Lily’s Handmade Ice Cream, voted Best Ice Cream in South Florida, is looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our growing family!
What You’ll Do:
Scoop and serve our handcrafted, premium ice cream with a smile
Create an exceptional experience for every guest
Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Restock and prep ingredients to keep things running smoothly
Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team
What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous food service or retail experience is a plus but not required
