Job Responsibilities:
• Regularly communicate with customers/ vendors over email and phone
• Resolve/ clarify customers complaints in a courteous manner providing an effective solution
• Prepare and check invoices for clients
• Complete documentation and work with product/ shipping vendors ensuring compliance
• File documents, track expenses, and maintain clean records
• Connect with the production team via phone/ email on a regular basis
• Ensure sufficient stock of mailing and other office supplies
• Requirements: High attention to detail and fast learner with great organizational skills Prior
• experience in dealing with customers - excellent oral/ written communication
• Good working knowledge of computer skills - must have experience using MS excel
• Be able to multi-task and help the team as and where needed
• A trustworthy, committed individual who is a team player
Must have knowledge of email, excel.
Graduate candidate with Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Internet, Web Browsing, Hindi & English Typing.
