Job Role: Customer Support Voice Process
Job Location : Kolkata (Candidate should be in Kolkata)
Job Role And Responsibility
• Communicating & Solving the Customer queries/request/complain
• 6 days working (rotational 1 day week off)
• Shift : Day and Afternoon Shift
• 4 months of Contractual Job.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Fresher / Experience can Apply
• Willingness to work in Voice process
• Must have good English speaking and narration skills.
• Comfortable to work in rotational shift
