Customer Support Executive

Roles Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for someone to review chat and incoming inquiries to support our customer service team on evenings and weekends. 5. Regular communications with manufacturing team through slack and track the follow-ups to customer satisfaction. Other Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree is a must. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills(English). 3. Sound knowledge of MS Office. 4. A quick learner. 5. Understanding of software development will be advantage. 6. Must be comfortable with night shifts.
