Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, offering online support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing technical support to our clients and troubleshooting issues efficiently.

• Experience in providing Online Support
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the electronics or technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
