About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Managing large amounts of calls and customer service inquiries for beauty pageant

2. Identifying and assessing candidate needs to achieve satisfaction

3. Building sustainable relationships and trust with Candidate accounts through open and interactive communication

4. Providing accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

5. Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

6. Handling participantsrsquo complaints providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow-up to ensure resolution

7. Keeping records of candidate interactions and work on processing candidate accounts and filing documents

8. Following communication procedures guidelines and policies

Required:

1. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

2. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively

6. Graduate in any stream with good communication problem-solving skills
