Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service.
Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Continuously strive to improve personal performance and contribute to team goals.
