We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for multiple international voice processes in Jaipur. If you have excellent communication skills and experience in an international BPO voice process, we'd love to hear from you



Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Meet quality, productivity, and process KPIs.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹36,000 per month
