Monday to Friday role with consistent daytime hours (8:00/8:30 am to 4:30/5:00 pm)

Role Details:
As a Customer Service Representative, working full-time, you will play an important part in our relentless pursuit of customer service. Engaging with customers through phone, email, and online, you will effectively manage and resolve their enquiries in a values-led manner. Working across a variety of enquiries, you will:
Process orders and invoices accurately and on time
Communicate delivery updates and manage delays effectively
Collaborate internally to meet customer needs and expectations
Organise and manage daily administrative paperwork
Monitor non-conformance activities and credit levels
What You Will Bring:
Minimal experience needed, we’ll train you on our systems. We simply want you to have:
Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel
Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and a passion for streamlining and enhancing efficiencies
