What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity on offer for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team in our BNT, Manukau Branch.
You’ll be responsible with giving our customers an exceptional service, this includes answering any questions, processing orders, but most importantly building rapport and strong relationships with our customers. You’ll also play a critical part in ensuring the branches success in meeting its targets by maximising on every customer interaction and making the most of opportunities to upsell!

Experience within a customer service environment, ideally within a trades or automotive industry
You’ll be a natural when it comes to connecting, building rapport, and establishing relationships with customers and team members
Organised and pro-active in your approach to work, your character is one that sees solutions not problems.
