The opportunity
We're looking for two friendly and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our busy team at the Barkes Corner Customer Service Team. Both positions are fixed term full-time, one position is due to end on 30 April 2027, and the other position is due to end 21 May 2027.
You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer services and love working with people.
To set you up for success, you'll have

A readiness to walk in our customers shoes and take the customer journey
Genuine empathy
The aptitude to work cooperatively within a team, and yet autonomously
Plenty of common sense and initiative
Competency in the use of Microsoft products and document management
A task and process driven mindset
A high level of accuracy, a keen eye for detail with words and numbers, and be adept at data entry
A current full driver's licence
