About the role
Huia Pool + Fitness are seeking two permanent part-time frontline stars (1 x 21 hours per week and 1 x 16 hours per week) to join our reception team to create a welcoming environment for our customers. You'll be greeting them and admitting them to the pool as well as assisting with general pool information making their visit to our facility a great one.
You also have the opportunity to assist the wider team with bookings, promotional material, while offering the best service to our large range of customers. You'll work alongside the wider Pool + Fitness team including Lifeguards and Learn to Swim Instructors located poolside.
In order to fulfil the duties and responsibilities of the position, you may be required to work additional hours from time to time and may be rostered to work at other locations when required; however, your primary location of work will be Huia Pool + Fitness.
Vacancies available
Vacancy 1 (3 shifts – 21 hrs p/w) – Monday 5.15am to 12.15pm, Friday 8.30am to 5pm and Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm
Vacancy 2 (2 shifts – 16 hrs p/w) – Monday 8.30am to 5pm and Sunday 7.30am to 4pm

About You
You'll bring previous experience working in a frontline, customer service position with a desire to provide exceptional service. You will also have cash handling experience, an eye for detail and be excellent at managing your time.
