Customer Service Officer - Field
Job Description
Based in our Loganholme office, you’ll join our Apprentice Connect Provider Team in a varied role where you’ll play an important role supporting field staff, employers and Apprentices.
With a mix of customer interaction and administration, this role suits someone who enjoys a high volume, fast-paced environment, is comfortable working to KPIs, and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant and genuinely helpful support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
Assist with Training Contracts, incentive claims, support loan applications, and related documentation
Address and follow up customer enquiries within service standards
Maintain and update customer records accurately
Support internal field staff with administrative and program-related tasks
About you
You bring enthusiasm, initiative and a genuine commitment to customer service. Comfortable managing competing priorities, you enjoy being the go-to support for both customers and colleagues. You will also have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills
Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyse information
Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards
Strong initiative and ability to self-manage workloads
Ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
High level of computer literacy across various systems
