Job Description
Immediate requirement for an IT company in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Looking for a dispatcher to attend and handle phone calls. You will be required to record all call information, coordinate with field personnel and prioritize calls based on importance and act accordingly.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree/diploma in any subject.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Excellent multi tasking and organisational abilities.
