Job is located in Chatswood, Sydney. This role requires someone to come to our Chatswood warehouse 5 days a week.

We are currently seeking an attentive, fun, friendly and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our small team at our Chatswood warehouse. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside the founders of a well loved profit-for-purpose company. You will be at the forefront of our commitment to sustainability while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview:
The Customer Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently handling various customer service channels including emails, phone calls, and social media direct messages, along with other administrative tasks. You will work closely with our Customer Service team, forming a cohesive and responsive team that is the first point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service through timely and accurate responses to emails, phone calls, and social media direct messages
Assist in managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, demonstrating high attention to detail
Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance our sustainable practices and customer service strategies
Advocate for our brand's commitment to sustainability in every interaction
Essential Qualities and Skills:
Friendly, caring and empathetic to all customers
Strong attention to detail (no spelling mistakes/grammatical errors and making sure all customer names are spelled correctly)
Ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Details:
Location: Hero Packaging Warehouse, Chatswood
Hours: 25 hours per week
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Proficiency with customer service ticketing systems and other relevant software
