Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Seeking those with either banking experience or those with business service experience! You will be joining our business support team; we play a pivotal role in servicing our business customers. The team is responsible for identifying the needs of our current and prospective business customers, providing assistance, and referring to specialist teams to help them achieve the best outcomes. Interactions will be over the phone or via digital channels.
We have teams based in Auckland, Hamilton Christchurch.
What are 4 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Assist customers with their banking needs both personal and business
Have great conversations with customers, service their immediate needs and refer to specialist bankers when required.
Understand how customers receive and process payments and make the appropriate referrals to our specialist team.
Be curious and understand the needs of all customers to ensure we connect them to the right Banker.

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
You’ll be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and a curiosity to identify the needs of business customers. We are looking for:
Previous experience in processing customer requests and providing excellent service, within a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of operating a business OR proven business banking / service experience.
You’ll love working with a range of different people and enjoy building and managing relationships are energized by helping those that work with you to grow.
A natural problem solver, you’ll be able to adopt through changes and work efficiently within busy environment.
