Experience of working in a servicing, customer-driven environment

Microsoft office proficient

Ability to adapt your communication style to a range of customers and their needs

It would also be nice for you to have:

Experience of working with insurance / banking products and services

Excellent communication and listening skills both at a customer and internal level

Experience of working with and supporting vulnerable customers

Experience in verbatim script reading and the ability to take direction

What else you need to know:

This role is based in Glasgow. The working hours will be 35 contracted hours across Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm Saturday 9am-4pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)

If successful at interview you must be able to commit to an initial minimum training period of 6 weeks full time on site – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month.
