Roles and Responsibilities
Department: EPC -Help desk
Experience required - 0 to 1 years.
Education qualification: B.com
Job Profile: -
To work on helpdesk ticketing system respond to the queries (service requests) raised by employee.
To ensure all service requests are answered appropriately.
Whenever required forward certain queries to concerned Dept for their feedback/solution thereafter respond to employee.
Handling of employee call through IVR system.
Ensure proper polite response to calls.
Maintain the quality of responses to call/service request.
