We are Hiring For Inbound Customer Service Position.

Job Description – Inbound Customer Service

Experience – 6 Month – 3 Year experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services. Customer Service in BPO/Insurance industry preferred

Languages : Hindi , Malayalam , Kannada , Tamil , English

Location : Guindy , Chennai.

Qualification: Any degree

Responsibilities

· should have zeal to service customers in inbound calling set up

· excellent with communication skills

· insurance background an added advantage.

· should have inbound call calling experience

· Flexible to work in shifts

Requirements

· At least 6 Month experience in Customer Service in Insurance/Banking/Financial Services mandatory

· Should be proficient spontaneous in Hindi / English

· Graduate / Under Graduate

· Should be passionate for growth

· Should not be more than 30 years of age

· Should be vaccinated ( Covid )

· Should be open to work from office
