Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Possess strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative is necessary.
Knowledge of the Gujarati language is compulsory. Please do not apply if you do not know Gujarati.
