Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Care Executive will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to queries from homeowners and tenants, and provide timely, accurate information about Nestaway’s services and processes. The role involves resolving issues related to property onboarding, maintenance, billing, and move-in/move-out, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure quick resolution. The executive will document customer interactions, track cases, and follow up proactively to ensure a positive experience and high customer satisfaction. The role also includes identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain processes clearly and handle diverse customer profiles.
Basic Sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend suitable Nestaway offerings without compromising service quality.
Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and call-handling systems; comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in customer care, real estate, or a related service industry is an advantage.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in any discipline.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Bengaluru, Karnataka (Bengaluru, Bengaluru Urban District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
