Position - Custom Clearance Head - Ocean/AIR
Job Location - Noida
CTC - 25LPA
Reporting to - Branch Head
Team Managing Role

Specializing in air and sea imports and exports, also offers express courier and road transport services.
Role
Must have G-Card or H-Card
The customs clearance process is compulsory for all goods entering or leaving the country. The Customs Clearance Head primary responsibility is to assist the Importers and Exporters in navigating a complex regulatory structure in order to ensure their goods are duly customs cleared. The Customs Clearance Executive needs to deal with Customs valuation, Customs declaration and Tariff classification related activities. Additionally, knowledge of the Customs Act and periodic changes to the same is very important to effectively serve the customers. The Customs Clearance Head is expected to look after all the transactions for the import / export of goods. The individual needs to check if all documents are up to date, take care of the legalities and give professional advice to help ship / clear the goods on time. The Team Lead will have overall operational and day-to-day responsibility for the Customs Clearance vertical. The Team Lead to ensure staff have requisite skills to undertake their roles in Customer Service, Documentation, Operations & Invoicing functions.
Key Skills Required
• Sound understanding of the Customs Clearance and Freight forwarding business.
• Well versed with Alisped service offerings, business strategy and priorities.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to handle pressure
• Selling, negotiating, influencing, analysis and decision-making skills
• Customer Relationship Managem
