Job Description
develop and implement the company’s CSR strategy.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government bodies, non-profits, local communities, and other CSR-related organizations.
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., employees, management, etc.) to foster a culture of responsibility within the organization.
Plan, execute, and oversee CSR initiatives, which may include sustainability projects, philanthropy, volunteering programs, environmental conservation efforts, and educational support.
Ensure that programs are aligned with the organization’s objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Track and report the progress of CSR projects and initiatives, measuring their effectiveness and impact on the community, the environment, and the business.
Employee Engagement and Volunteering:
Encourage and facilitate employee participation in CSR activities (e.g., volunteering, donation drives, and environmental initiatives).
Organize internal CSR events or awareness campaigns to engage employees in the company’s social responsibility efforts.
Promote the company’s CSR activities through various channels, including social media, annual reports, press releases, and company websites.
