Job Description
Are you passionate about customer interaction, sales, and building strong relationships?
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as CRM Executive and Sales Associate.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Strong convincing and sales skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Job Responsibilities:
Manage customer leads and follow-ups
Maintain customer records and CRM data
Assist in admissions/sales conversions
Coordinate with customers through calls, messages, and emails
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Interview Details:
Interested candidates are encouraged to visit our office directly for a walk-in interview.
Time: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
