We are seeking only dynamic and motivatedindividuals to join our Overseas Recruitment Team as CRM Executives / Telecallers. This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals with backgrounds in overseas recruitment, particularly in the Oil & Gas sectors, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), tele calling, or overseas consultancy.
Selected Candidates Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective candidates regarding overseas employment opportunities.
Provide accurate information on job vacancies, eligibility criteria, and recruitment procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate records within the CRM system.
Ensure timely communication and professional support to candidates at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma (Mandatory)
Basic computer proficiency
Excellent communication skills in English (Mandatory)

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
