The CRM Online Specialist is responsible for managing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring its effective use by all relevant departments. The specialist will also work to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's CRM system, including data entry, data analysis, and database management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, such as targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer outreach.

Train and support staff across all relevant departments in the effective use of the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the CRM system is aligned with business objectives and is driving revenue growth.

Conduct regular reporting and analysis of CRM system performance, and make recommendations for improvements and optimization.

Work with external vendors and partners to integrate the CRM system with other business systems, such as email marketing and analytics platforms.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, and ensure the company's CRM system is always at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in an online/digital environment.

Knowledge of CRM best practices, including data management, customer segmentation, and email marketing.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience working with external vendors and partners.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.
