Job Description

As a Team Member you will be part of a great team that prepares and serves delicious pizza and creates feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. You will maintain a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurants.
Key responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service, every time whether that be in person or on the phone
Take customer orders through our POS system
Pack and handover hot orders to customers and delivery drivers
Attend to customer concerns.
Organise all pizzas appropriately to be delivered to customers.
Maintain optimal level of hygiene for all pizzas.
Manage and maintain record of all money and coupons collected from customers and manage all credit card accounts and ensure appropriate signature on receipt.
Maintain knowledge on all operations of pizza oven and ensure compliance to all company standards to assemble all boxes.
Participate in training programs and keep up to date with policies / procedures.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area associated with the job function.
Complete dishwashing duties and other cleaning projects in between orders.
Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
Promote pizza products, distribute door hangers and promotional materials.
What we are looking for
Previous experience in the fast food industry, but not essential. Just bring a keen attitude
Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive interaction experience with our customers.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift objects exercising proper ergonomic practices.
Have exceptional grooming and hygiene habits for food safety and compliance purposes.
