Job Description
Job Title: Creative Writer / Brand Storyteller
Company: RIVYA Jewelry Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur (Preferred) Hybrid / In-Person
Reports to: Founder’s Office
Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative Writer & Brand Storyteller who can sit with the founder, listen patiently to his journey, thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences — and transform them into daily brand stories.
This is not a desk-only role.
This is about listening, absorbing, feeling, and translating a human story into a brand voice that feels real, intimate, and timeless.
What You Will Do
• Sit with the founder and deeply listen to his personal stories, background, struggles, beliefs, vision, and daily thoughts
• Convert conversations into brand stories, narratives, and emotional themes
• Help build and evolve RIVYA’s brand universe — love, friendship, heartbreak, growth, luxury, and meaning
• Write:
• Brand stories & philosophies
• Daily storytelling ideas for social media
• Founder’s voice posts & long-form narratives
• Campaign concepts and emotional hooks
• Research, reflect, and add context + depth to raw stories
• Maintain a consistent yet evolving brand tone
• Document stories so the brand grows every single day
Who You Are
• A great listener before being a great writer
• Emotionally intelligent and patient
• Comfortable sitting quietly, observing, and understanding people
• Naturally curious about human stories, relationships, journeys
• Someone who enjoys long conversations more than quick instructions
• Can write with honesty, warmth, and depth — not fluff
• Understands modern luxury, youth culture, and emotional branding
• Hindi + English (Hinglish storytelling is a big plus)
What This Is NOT
• Not SEO blog writing
• Not generic social media captions
• Not “post 3 reels daily” work
• Not copy-paste storytelling
This role is about building a soul of a brand, not filling content calendars.
Experience
• Background in writing, journalism, psychology, literature, branding, or storytelling preferred
• Freshers with strong writing depth and emotional intelligence are welcome
• Portfolio or writing samples required (personal writing is acceptable)
