Following are the Brief points of the Job requirements
3 - 6 years in a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
Conceive and execute motion graphics for social, digital ads, and brand films.
Design scroll-stopping static visuals posters, OOH, social posts, key art
Build and maintain animated brand assets loops, transitions, stingers, lower thirds.
Art-direct photo and video shoots; translate briefs into clear visual direction.
Collaborate with product and marketing on launch campaigns end-to-end.
Create UI micro-animations and interaction prototypes in Rive or Lottie.
Develop scalable motion guidelines as part of the broader design system.
Produce short-form video content reels, teasers, product demos, event recaps.
Prototype experimental ideas generative art, 3D stills, creative coding outputs
Champion design quality in reviews; push back when craft standards slip.
A portfolio that proves you can do both static and moving at a high level.
Must Have Skills
Mastery of motion principles timing, easing, rhythm. Strong graphic design foundation: type, color, composition.
After Effects keyframing to. Figma for UI assets and design system work.
Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop fluency. Experience designing for social platforms.
Ability to give and receive direct creative feedback.
Primary Skills
Cinema 4D, Blender, or Spline for 3D work. Rive or Lottie for UI animation delivery.
Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for video editing.
Generative / creative coding (p5.js, TouchDesigner). Brand identity and visual system experience.
Photography or video direction background.
Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows.
Good To Have
Experience with branding and identity desing.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for improved design-to-development collaboration.
Familiarity with 2D/3D animation or photography.
