Role Overview
Position: Creative Designer
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience Required: 3 to 6 months (Freshers with strong internship portfolios are welcome)
Location: On-site, Janakpuri, Delhi
About the Role
We are looking for a versatile and energetic Creative Designer who can handle both graphic design and video editing. You will work closely with our marketing and growth teams to create high-converting visual assets, social media creatives, and short-form video content that tells our brand story.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and our website, as well as presentation decks, display ads, and promotional banners.
Video Editing: Edit short-form video content like Reels and Shorts, along with basic product explainers featuring clean transitions, music syncing, and kinetic typography.
Asset Management: Source high-quality free assets including stock photos, vectors, and audio clips, and manage our internal design library.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual designs align perfectly with Infrasity's brand guidelines and corporate identity.
Key Requirements and Skills
Experience: 3 to 6 months of professional experience or a completed internship in a design or editing role.
Design Toolkit: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of Canva is a bonus.
Video Toolkit: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
Portfolio Mandatory: Must share a live portfolio link containing static design case studies and a short video showreel under 2 minutes.
Soft Skills We Look For
Speed and Adaptability: Ability to deliver quick iterations in a fast-paced environment.
Resourcefulness: A self-starter who can use smart templates and free asset libraries to optimize time and budget.
Clear Communication: Ability to collaborate smoothly with content writers and marketing managers.
