Job Summary
We are seeking a highly energetic, hands-on Corporate Sales Trainer with proven experience in delivering online sales training and developing high-performing field sales teams.
The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting virtual training sessions, classroom workshops, and on-the-job coaching. They must be capable of quickly modifying training programmes based on changing business requirements, market trends, product updates, or performance gaps.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travelling, interacting with sales teams, motivating people, and delivering measurable improvements in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver engaging online and classroom sales training programmes for sales teams across South India.
• Conduct live virtual training sessions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes for newly hired sales professionals.
• Train Area Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Executives, Business Development Executives, and Channel Sales teams.
• Coach employees on consultative selling, prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
• Deliver product, process, behavioural, and customer service training aligned with business objectives.
• Quickly customise training materials, presentations, activities, and learning modules based on immediate business requirements.
• Assess training needs by analysing sales performance, business feedback, market trends, and field observations.
• Conduct refresher programmes, coaching sessions, role plays, assessments, and performance improvement workshops.
• Create engaging learning content including presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, quizzes, videos, and training manuals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, coaching observations, and sales performance metrics.
• Work closely with Sales Leadership, HR, and Business Heads to ensure training initiatives support business goals.
• Travel extensively across South India to conduct classroom training, field coaching, and regional learning programmes.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, reports, and learning dashboards.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• MBA or certification in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Training & Facilitation is preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Capability Development.
• Demonstrated experience delivering online instructor-led training (Virtual ILT) for sales teams.
• Experience training geographically distributed field sales teams is highly preferred.

• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
